About Me
Meet Ta’Neile Faye — Founder of Poised Model Finishing School, Mentor, and Confidence Cultivator
With over 13 years of modeling experience and two years as an etiquette coach, I’ve graced countless runways, appeared on magazine covers, and competed on some of the industry’s biggest stages. But beyond the lights and lenses, my true passion lies in helping others discover the power of their presence.
By day, I’m a senior analyst in online merchandising — living at the intersection of strategy and style. But my heart lives with Poised, where purpose meets passion and transformation begins.
What is POISED?
Poised Model Finishing School is a private institution dedicated to teaching modeling technique, social graces, and cultural norms that prepare individuals for elite society and empowered living. It’s designed for those ready to refine their image, build a professional portfolio, elevate their etiquette, and grow into the most confident version of themselves — on camera, on stage, or in any space they enter.
From the runway to the boardroom, this school isn’t just about how you walk — it’s about how you carry your life. Poised is more than a finishing school. It’s a movement. A space where young women learn to walk tall, speak clearly, and shine without apology.
Why it Matters?
When I realized how much etiquette, grace, and personal presentation opened doors I never dreamed possible, I knew it was something I had to share. I credit faith, discipline, and polished presence for every opportunity I’ve received — and now I teach others to do the same.
Because of that foundation:
• I’ve graced the covers of major magazines.
• Earned the title of Model of the Year.
• Placed as a Top 16 finalist in the Miss Georgia USA pageant.
• Helped 6 models get published, with 3 featured in runway shows.
• Saw Poised land the cover of a top magazine within its first few months of launch.
Poised is where faith, fashion, and fierce confidence meet — and where transformation becomes tangible.
“Let’s walk boldly in grace, presence, and purpose — together.”
